Meet the Team

Rachel is a graduate of Columbia University with decades of experiences in business development, financial analysis, corporate communications, and competitive intelligence. She built her knowledge of bookkeeping by running her own freelance consulting business, and she has also worked at two of the Big Four accounting firms in high-visibility research positions. With her range of experience, Rachel understands the operational challenges of small businesses and uses her skills to simplify their back-office financial operations so they can concentrate on what they excel at — serving their customers and building their enterprises.

Sam is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts with a degree in interactive media and game development. Over the past decade, Sam has built skills in software development, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, website content management, game design and coding, virtual reality and technology instruction. Through work with clients ranging from business owners to children, he has created a knack for explaining technology in clear and understandable terms that help clients build their capabilities around websites, project management, accounting and tax systems, game systems and other programs.
